All of our personalisation is done by hand by our team, so there may be slight variations in the finish, as every item and lettering is unique. All personalisation is in upper case letters. We emboss in three colours: gold, silver, and blind embossing. Blind embossing means no foil is applied and is listed as “clear.”

Of course, if you’d rather not personalise your item, that’s totally fine too! Just enter N/A in the personalisation field if you do not wish to have personalisation.

Please note: We do have a small selection of non-leather or suede items which are embroidered rather than embossed. Please refer to the product description for full details on these styles.

Personalised Items:
As your item is made just for you, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges unless it’s faulty. If so, please email us within 7 days with photos and a description of the issue.

Non-Personalised Items:
You can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned within 30 days in original condition and packaging. Return postage is not covered.

Faulty Items:
Faulty? We’ll make it right. Email us within 7 days with photos. We’ll cover return postage up to £3.95 if the item is deemed faulty.
