Sale Purchases
For any items purchased in the Navy November, Black Friday Sale or December/January Sale that you wish to return (non faulty or non personalised), we are offering a credit note or exchange only on these items. The team will help you return the product to us and arrange the credit note (valid for 6 months) or a suitable exchange for the same value or higher. We are extending the 30 day exchange period to 2nd January 2025.

Can I return my order? Unfortunately not, all sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
My sale item is faulty, what do I do? If your sale item arrives faulty, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item with some photos and details of the fault. We will offer a suitable exchange where possible.
