Summer Sale FAQs:

When will my order be dispatched? All sale orders will be dispatched between 3-11th July 2024. If you haven't received a dispatch email after 12th July please email us. 

Can I personalise my sale order? Yes, there is a £5 charge on the first day of the sale for personalisation on each item

Can I return my order? Unfortunately not, all sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

My sale item is faulty, what do I do? If your sale item arrives faulty, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item with some photos and details of the fault. We will offer a suitable exchange where possible. 

I ordered some sale and non- sale items, when will they be posted? They will be posted in one shipment between 3-11th July 2024.
