For any items purchased in any FLASH SALE, SALE, SAMPLE SALE or OUTLET section of our website that you wish to return (non-faulty or non personalised), they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Can I return my order? Unfortunately not, all sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

My sale item is faulty, what do I do? If your sale item arrives faulty, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item with some photos and details of the fault. We will offer a suitable exchange where possible. 

Gift With Purchase Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The free gift offer is valid with qualifying purchases made at www.lrmgoods.co.uk, while stocks last.

2. Add to basket: The free gift will need to be added to your order to qualify. If this is not included in your order, this will not be included. 
   

3. Returns:

   • If you return your qualifying purchase, the free gift must also be returned unused and in its original condition.

   • If the free gift is not returned, its full retail value will be deducted from your refund (£30)

   • If any items in your order are personalised, the free gift becomes non-returnable and non-refundable, regardless of whether the gift is returned.

4. One Per Order: Limit of one free gift per order, unless otherwise specified.

5. Non-Transferable: The gift cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash or credit.

6. Promotion Period: The offer is available for a limited time only and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.

7. Availability: Free gift colours may vary and are subject to availability. LRM reserves the right to substitute the free gift colour in line with stock levels, without prior notice.
8. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes
