All of our personalisation is done by hand by our team, so there may be slight variations in the finish, as every item and lettering is unique. 

All personalisation is in upper case letters. We emboss in 2 colours: gold, silver and we also offer blind embossing. Blind embossing means no foil is applied and is listed as clear.

Of course, if you’d rather not personalise your item, that’s totally fine too! Enter N/A in the personalisation field if you do not wish to have personalisation.

We have 3 options to choose from:

1-2 working day delivery - £4.25 (Excluding weekends & bank holidays)

Next working day delivery - £7.95 (Orders placed before 1pm)

DHL international delivery (Price calculated at checkout)

For international orders, please allow additional time for delivery. As this will vary from country to country, anticipated delivery times will be notified on an order-by-order basis.

International orders post Brexit

Due to the set up, we currently do not offer pre-paid duties and taxes so please be aware that shipping from the UK to your shipping destination could incur customs charges.

As we don't have control over these charges, and they change per destination country, we are unfortunately unable to advise what the cost may be.
