Personalised Items: As your item is made especially for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty. If you believe your personalised item is faulty, please contact our team within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
Non-Personalised Items: You may request a refund or exchange within7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within3 0 days, in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return postage is not covered, and a £3.50 return fee applies.

The Lettie is a high quality, strong & stylish bag. I cannot wait to use this for my new job. This is my 5th LRM product and I intend to treat my daughter to one in March. The only improvements you could consider are: a drink’s section, a longer strap to put across shoulders and a pouch at the back to attach to a suitcase.
This is my fourth LRM bag and it’s beautiful. Amazing quality. Perfect size for all my things. Love it!

I love this bag just the size I wanted for work. Only 4 stars as I would have liked better material in the bag lining its a bit thin and I think it needs a bit of support on the bottom of the bag but overall happy with this bag .Leather and style are great.
Bought as a gift, good size bag with plenty of pockets.
Just what I was looking for in terms of size and style. Fits my large work laptop in comfortably along with lots of other bits and pieces. Comfortable to hold/carry and has a well thought out interior with lots of pockets etc. Also like the fact there's a main zip to keep everything secure. The personalisation makes it a little bit special.

Lovely design and quality leather! Only thing I have struggled with since using it is the heaviness of the bag. A lot of the product videos promote it as a work bag, which does fit a laptop in the central pocket. However, it’s already a weighty bag when empty, so the addition of a laptop/work essentials/phone etc all make for a very sore shoulder sore during the commute! Otherwise love all the features

The bag is high quality and very nice and comfortable. The only downsides being that the inside of the black bag is a creamy colour and not black as shown in the photos and the zipped section does not fit in a standard sized Mac book air.
