Each item is hand-embossed by our in-house team, meaning the position and finish may vary slightly from piece to piece. This is part of the charm of hand personalisation and ensures every item is unique.
Embossing details:
- All personalisation is in uppercase letters.
- Choose from gold, silver, or blind embossing (clear, with no foil).
- Please note: blind embossing can be subtle, especially on darker colours.
- We recommend gold embossing to complement the hardware on most of our styles.
Croc-embossed leather: Our team will select the best placement for your initials within the area shown. Due to the natural texture of croc leather, small breaks in the foil may appear, this is normal and not considered a fault.

Personalised Items: As your item is made especially for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty. If you believe your personalised item is faulty, please contact our team within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
Non-Personalised Items: You may request a refund or exchange within7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within3 0 days, in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return postage is not covered, and a £3.50 return fee applies.

The bag is lovely, really nice quality for the price point. The after sales service could have been better I had to email three times before a got a reply to explain why the product was taking so long. After that the communication was good and I was kept informed of shipping.

The Polly bag is quite simply a stunning bag. I’ve ordered from LRM a number of times and always been thrilled but this is another level. Gorgeous leather , the detail and suede are amazing the style is so well thought out , and the icing on the cake is the cross body strap 🤩… it’s quite honestly my favourite bag in a long time. This bag is for a gift although It is a beautiful bag the suede has a slight mark on it . I did email regarding this but didn’t receive a response. I have purchased 5 bags and a purse over the years and this is the only time there has been a very slight mark . I wouldn’t bother if it wasn’t for a gift for a special Birthday for a dear friend
