Each item is hand-embossed by our in-house team, meaning the position and finish may vary slightly from piece to piece. This is part of the charm of hand personalisation and ensures every item is unique.
Embossing details:
- All personalisation is in uppercase letters.
- Choose from gold, silver, or blind embossing (clear, with no foil).
- Please note: blind embossing can be subtle, especially on darker colours.
- We recommend gold embossing to complement the hardware on most of our styles.
Croc-embossed leather: Our team will select the best placement for your initials within the area shown. Due to the natural texture of croc leather, small breaks in the foil may appear, this is normal and not considered a fault.

Personalised Items: As your item is made especially for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty. If you believe your personalised item is faulty, please contact our team within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
Non-Personalised Items: You may request a refund or exchange within7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within3 0 days, in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return postage is not covered, and a £3.50 return fee applies.

Ordered bag over Easter weekend ,I knew it wouldn't be dispatched immediately.The bag was dispatched on Tuesday and I had it Thursday excellent service. The bag is exactly as described and the colour is even better in reality.I wouldn't hesitate to order in the future

Lovely large bag, nice leather, took a while to be delivered but I did have an initial on it.
I love bags and have been a collector of high end bags for a long time. The Lily is beautiful however, and forgive me but there is one thing I would change and that is the zips. To get rid of the “gold” hardware and put a leather pull on it instead and likewise for the internal zip. I would also put internal pockets on the other side.
Love, love, love it!! Even better than online. Perfect for taking on holiday to carry all them documents etc and I ove how versatile it is with being able to use cross body. On the shoulder and as a grab bag! The shade of pink is amazing, could you do pink in more styles please? Will be ordering more bags and I am busy showing the site to lots of people.

I bought the Lily tote bag for my daughter, who absolutely loved it and because it was so gorgeous I ended up buying one for myself. The leather is soft, I love that it has a zip as well for a little extra security and the size is perfect for those days when you need to take little extra out with you. Would definitely recommend.
Extremely upset with delivery driver from DPD! I am a disabled 75yrs pensioner, I waited for expected delivery on Wednesday 8th June , nothing! I was informed by DPD that my parcel had been delivered and signed for by Maria (that’s me) firstly I do not sign anything with just Maria! I always sign M.Banks! My postcode on the package SE10 8HL was correct! Driver however delivered to 15 Crooms Hill ! He lied said Maria signed for it! He delivered to a totally different post code! DPD relayed all this information to me! She said she’ll get him to re deliver by 8PM that night! He delivered didn’t knock left parcel out side on a table! My neighbour knocked after 10pm that night to give me the parcel! This is the third bag I have bought from you no problem with previous 2 bags delivered! Bag was for my daughters Birthday! I was so stressed out that day with anxiety! It spoiled everything for me! I felt I would never order anything from you again! What I will say is that customer service DPD were very kind and empathetic to me and sorted it to the best of their ability ! My health is extremely poor, felt so upset, I was crying over a bag! You did say above TELL US MORE so I did! However I’m afraid I’ve written a little book! Kind regards Maria Banks
