Croc-embossed leather: Our team will select the best placement for your initials within the area shown. Due to the natural texture of croc leather, small breaks in the foil may appear, this is normal and not considered a fault.

Personalised Items: As your item is made especially for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty. If you believe your personalised item is faulty, please contact our team within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
Non-Personalised Items: You may request a refund or exchange within7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within3 0 days, in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return postage is not covered, and a £3.50 return fee applies.

Bag bought specifically for dress. I hat a gorgeous little bag. Originally was looking at cream or gold Kiki. Popped into shop with outfit and shoes, as wasn’t sure which one. Rachel suggested the brown Kiki for it too. Wow, it lifted so much better than the cream.

LOVE this bag so much, I bought another one as a gift!! Perfect size for phone, makeup and perfume for an evening out. Love that you get a chain strap too. Would definitely recommend it.
Great little bag. The perfect holiday bag. I’ve added a fabric strap for holiday market days but the clutch and chain are perfect for evenings. Would love the option to buy a long white leather crossbody strap as the short arm strap is a bit small for my chonky arms!
