Personalisation is complimentary and does not add any delay to dispatch time; our team is exceptionally speedy at this, and it makes the perfect finishing touch to your bag.
Each item is hand-embossed by our in-house team, meaning the position and finish may vary slightly from piece to piece. This is part of the charm of hand personalisation and ensures every item is unique.
Embossing details:
- All personalisation is in uppercase letters.
- Choose from gold, silver, or blind embossing (clear, with no foil).
- Please note: blind embossing can be subtle, especially on darker colours.
- We recommend gold embossing to complement the hardware on most of our styles.
Croc-embossed leather: Our team will select the best placement for your initials within the area shown. Due to the natural texture of croc leather, small breaks in the foil may appear, this is normal and not considered a fault.

Non-Personalised Items: You may request a refund or exchange within7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within3 0 days, in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return postage is not covered, and a £3.50 return fee applies.

This is my 3 year old daughter’s Ella which is often taken out and is still in perfect condition. The quality is amazing - the zip has a luxurious feel and I love the tassel detail. I loved it so much I had to get one for me and my mum!
Please could you see photo only got bag last month as a gift for a 70th and the strap has broken ! Bought this to go with an outfit for a winter wedding and I’m so pleased with it! A lot of the gold bags id looked at were tacky and cheap looking but the Ella heart isn’t at all, lovely quality and plenty of space too.

The bag was great but really disappointed with customer service after I had a query on the pricing of this bag . It showed as a bundle with glass case & gold chain but sadly only got the bag paid £55the bag on its own was £40. I raised this but got no reply which has put me off ordering again . The various pricing structure for the same item is very confusing multiple listing of same item ????

Absolutely love the design of the Ella bag and print but disappointed that it does not have the structure of the Rosie bag, making opening & closing the zip difficult.
I ordered the animal print heart shaped bag. I like the size and shape of the bag but I was disappointed that there are no internal pockets for my phone etc

I kept seeing this bag online and I was desperate for a black heart shaped bag. Finally I ordered it and just wish I had ordered sooner! I love it so so much! A lot of heart bags are small and you cant fit anything in them but this one is big enough making it the perfect size to fit all the stuff! Having the detachable strap is also a bonus. The feel of the bag is just lush and I couldn't be happier with it!
Rubbish. Cheap and tacky looking bag. Not like the picture at all and you have to return in 7 days or no refund! My mistake I know but 7 days is ridiculous. It’s shiny, with shiny cheap looking “ gold” tags on it and the print is just not nice leopard print at all. Don’t rush to buy this like I did unless you return quickly because the quality isn’t good.
