Each item is hand-embossed by our in-house team, meaning the position and finish may vary slightly from piece to piece. This is part of the charm of hand personalisation and ensures every item is unique.

Croc-embossed leather: Our team will select the best placement for your initials within the area shown. Due to the natural texture of croc leather, small breaks in the foil may appear, this is normal and not considered a fault.
Important: Please double-check spelling, grammar and punctuation when entering your personalisation details, as personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Personalised Items: As your item is made especially for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty. If you believe your personalised item is faulty, please contact our team within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
Non-Personalised Items: You may request a refund or exchange within7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within3 0 days, in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return postage is not covered, and a £3.50 return fee applies.

Love the Bertie purse! A perfect size now everything is either card or pay by phone.… and obviously the olive Lucinda 😊. I also bought my friend the same purse and olive Fleur and she was over the moon! Such a lovey combination and both great styles .

Happy with the purse. Not great with the ‘ gift wrapping’ The purse is wrapped not allowing you to check the gift before you pass it on.
The size is perfect - unfortunately the zip looked too big and was bumpy and hard to close.
