Embossing details:
- All personalisation is in uppercase letters.
- Choose from gold, silver, or blind embossing (clear, with no foil).
- Please note: blind embossing can be subtle, especially on darker colours.
- We recommend gold embossing to complement the hardware on most of our styles.
Croc-embossed leather: Our team will select the best placement for your initials within the area shown. Due to the natural texture of croc leather, small breaks in the foil may appear, this is normal and not considered a fault.

Personalised Items: As your item is made especially for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty. If you believe your personalised item is faulty, please contact our team within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
Non-Personalised Items: You may request a refund or exchange within7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within3 0 days, in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return postage is not covered, and a £3.50 return fee applies.

I absolutely love this bag. So versatile. Dresses up the most plain outfit. It’s a staple, and I’ve had so many compliments. The leather is fab quality and it’s comfy to wear.
This is such a simple, elegant bag. Really comfy to wear, super easy and convenient to use when on the go. It’s such a gorgeous brown leather/suede colour, and completes the most simple outfit. Another must for a capsule wardrobe.

Lovely crossover suede bag. A bit smaller than I thought it would be but I can get my purse, phone, lipstick and car keys in it, so what more can a girl want.

Loved the bag but the pocket zip was faulty, have agreed a return and replacement, awaiting the replacement. Except for the zip, it looks and feels a good quality bag, I am sure I will enjoy using it once the zip issue has been resolved, especially when travelling
