Croc-embossed leather: Our team will select the best placement for your initials within the area shown. Due to the natural texture of croc leather, small breaks in the foil may appear, this is normal and not considered a fault.

Personalised Items: As your item is made especially for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty. If you believe your personalised item is faulty, please contact our team within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
Non-Personalised Items: You may request a refund or exchange within7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within3 0 days, in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return postage is not covered, and a £3.50 return fee applies.

Took a while to even ship and when it arrived the wrong colour bumbag sent, Taupe recieved rather than cream - picture to reference. Slow slow response to emails to rectify this, alogside asking for pictures that had already been sent. Finally got a reasonable response from LRM on Insta so let's see

Great holiday bag!
The Pippa is amazing. The leather is beautifully soft and you can tell the bag is really well made. It holds more than you’d think and is perfect for your essentials when you need your hands free. I love it so much I bought one for my Mum too!
I bought this bag for my recent holiday, as we were going on safari and I wanted to be hands free. I have had bags off LRM previously and always been impressed with the quality. I wasn’t disappointed and when the bag arrived I was really pleased with the quality of the leather and the size of the product. It was big enough to hold my phone, purse, tissues, lipstick etc everything I needed to carry around with me during our trip. It was lightweight and looked really cool. I’m going to purchase one for one of my friends for Christmas as I know she will love it too!

The Pippa is the perfect size for the essentials. Problem is I need more colours. My daughter is called Pippa so it would have been rude not to buy one 😊

Definitely not as big as they make out. Bag size good for a night out maybe but doesn’t fit much in at all for day to day.

My original colour choice of the Pippa bag (light taupe) was unavailable so I was offered to swap to the dark taupe instead - I’m so glad I did, it’s a gorgeous go-with-everything colour, the bag is just the right size for daily essentials, sits neatly against the body (I love a crossbody but sometimes they get in the way) and the leather is a great quality. My only slight gripe (so took a star off) is that the zip isn’t always smooth-running, which can be a bit irritating.
