Each item is hand-embossed by our in-house team, meaning the position and finish may vary slightly from piece to piece. This is part of the charm of hand personalisation and ensures every item is unique.
Embossing details:
- All personalisation is in uppercase letters.
- Choose from gold, silver, or blind embossing (clear, with no foil).
- Please note: blind embossing can be subtle, especially on darker colours.
- We recommend gold embossing to complement the hardware on most of our styles.
Croc-embossed leather: Our team will select the best placement for your initials within the area shown. Due to the natural texture of croc leather, small breaks in the foil may appear, this is normal and not considered a fault.

Non-Personalised Items: You may request a refund or exchange within7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within3 0 days, in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return postage is not covered, and a £3.50 return fee applies.

I was so excited to receive my Gracie Bucket Bag in Dark Brown. I absolutely love the deep brown colour, the size and the flexible use. I’ve use just once so far and I’ve been asked where I got it from 3 times. A friend is about to order herself one in black! I’ve now got a number of LRM bags and I would recommend them to anyone. Quality leather! Great styles! Gorgeous colours!! You can’t go wrong!!

Great bag, not the style I would have chosen shopping on line but on visiting the shop realised this is the perfect bag for my needs. i have already ordered online another Gracie bag in a different colour. Whatever style bag you choose, you will be delighted. The colours are great too. So glad I visited their shop, will be buying bags from LRM again in the future.
I am delighted with my cappuccino Gracie bag and would have given it 5 stars if a dust bag had been included. It is an ideal size for me (5’2”) as bigger bags swamp me but it is very capacious and I can get everything I need into it. The colour is lovely and I will use it in every season. A shout -out to Olivia who was very helpful on the phone and made sure my order was amended when I inadvertently ordered it in black.

Just wow. I had my eye on this bag for a while. Nothing ever seemed to compare to this bag when looking so I finally ordered and just wow. It is just lush. I love it so much! Plenty of space, the quality, the personalization. My only regret is that I didn't order it sooner! A must have!

So happy with my Gracie bag! I wanted a good quality leather bucket bag and came across this and I’m so pleased with the. The free personalisation was a bonus, and it arrived super quick. The only thing I can criticise is that you have to pay extra for a dustbag, but that isn’t the worlds worst problem is it?
Lovely classic (summer) bag. The colour pairs nicely with a bunch of outfits. I do wish the lining was of a bit better quality and a colour that wouldn't be as stark compared to the outside.
Love the bag, great shape, if I had to be super critical the zip opening could be wider.
Such a lovely bag. Great quality leather. Only one slight drawback on this style is it’s very hard to close the zip. This is my 4th LRM bag and whilst I love it the zipper does make it tricky to open. However delivery is super quick and leather is very good quality as is most of the hardware.

Beautiful bag for my friends 60th birthday but the packaging was all torn and the box squashed and busted so had to buy tissue paper and wrap it myself. Very disappointed with the condition it came in as I had paid extra for gift wrapping.

My Father-in-law has bought me the black Gracie as a Christmas present. It arrived 2 days after ordering and I had to unwrap it to check it was all ok - it’s beautiful 🥰 the size is perfect and it is very well made. The only downside is that I have had to wrap it all back up as I’m saving it to ‘open’ on Christmas Day. I’ve got my eye on the Polly Top Handle for my next purchase. Thanks LRM
