Personalised Items: As your item is made especially for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty. If you believe your personalised item is faulty, please contact our team within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
Non-Personalised Items: You may request a refund or exchange within7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within3 0 days, in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return postage is not covered, and a £3.50 return fee applies.

Honestly blown away! I’ve seen these bags online for a little while always second guessing if it was going to live up to expectation, and WOW, it was above and beyond what I expected! I am slightly annoyed at myself for getting my initials on the bag, only because these will likely be key pieces my two daughters will be fighting over to use/it actually might stop them stealing haha!!! I already have my eye on my next purchase ❤️

Absolutely love my brown Mini Polly, it was the perfect bag for a recent trip to Paris. Big enough to hold the trip essentials phone, passport, Bertie purse, tissues, lipstick etc. Added my gold chain to change from day to night. Beautiful Bag 🥰 x

Absolutely love my new mini Polly. I have an original Polly which became my day to day bag, and couldn’t wait to get the mini! I have a similar size Ralph Lauren mini bag that is only for special occasions as it is very small inside but I was so pleasantly surprised how much fits in this - I have been using daily and it fits a large purse, mobile phone, keys, lipstick, sanitiser etc with ease. Now I know how much fits in I will definitely buy again in a different colour, maybe a lighter colour if available in spring! The burgundy is the perfect winter/Christmas colour and I’ve had lots of compliments. It was an early Christmas present to myself and I’m thrilled!
I was sceptical about buying from a new brand, but Im really pleasantly surprised. The bag is lovely, well made with good leather, and the personalisation is a great touch. I got compliments on the first day I took it out :)

My first purchase from LRM. Initially I thought the mini Polly would not hold all my bits but it is surprising how much you can fit into it. I love it. The chocolate colour is beautiful. Considering my next purchase .
Bought this bag for a Chateau wedding in France in June. Goes perfectly with my outfit and can’t wait to use it.
Lovely little bag. Perfect for when you don't want to carry a lot but don't want an unsightly cross body strap (although a long strap is included). The grab handle is so handy. And it stands up on its own when you put it down which I love. The cream colour is a nice neutral colour. Perfect for using on a cruise or a night out/wedding etc. Just overall really cute and easy to carry.

I’m delighted with this fabulous little bag which looks like a mini kelly- beautifully made and delicious leather but without the price tag. Actually my daughter bought one and I liked it so much I bought one for myself…haven’t told her yet 😆😆
Ordered the cream bag on 23 August 2026 with next day delivery. I received an order confirmation email, but no update since. I've sent multiple emails and messaged on Instagram regarding my order - no response. I've never had an issue before. A year ago, I purchased a personalised bag with standard delivery, and received it within a week.
