- This bag is handmade from genuine suede. As a natural material, slight shedding, colour variation, or markings may occur. These are natural characteristics of suede and are not considered faults or grounds for a refund.
- Colour transfer may occur if the bag is in contact with light-coloured fabrics or surfaces.
- When not in use, store your bag in its dust bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
- For best results, spray with a suede protector before use and use a suede brush regularly to keep the material fresh.
Personalisation is complimentary and does not add any delay to dispatch time; our team is exceptionally speedy at this, and it makes the perfect finishing touch to your bag.
Each item is hand-embossed by our in-house team, meaning the position and finish may vary slightly from piece to piece. This is part of the charm of hand personalisation and ensures every item is unique.
Embossing details:
- All personalisation is in uppercase letters.
- Choose from gold, silver, or blind embossing (clear, with no foil).
- Please note: blind embossing can be subtle, especially on darker colours.
- We recommend gold embossing to complement the hardware on most of our styles.
Croc-embossed leather: Our team will select the best placement for your initials within the area shown. Due to the natural texture of croc leather, small breaks in the foil may appear, this is normal and not considered a fault.
Important: Please double-check spelling, grammar and punctuation when entering your personalisation details, as personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Personalised Items: As your item is made especially for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty. If you believe your personalised item is faulty, please contact our team within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
Non-Personalised Items: You may request a refund or exchange within7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within3 0 days, in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return postage is not covered, and a £3.50 return fee applies.

I came across this company while browsing for the tote bag . I needed specious but stylish bag to carry my laptop and notebooks for my uni. Bag was delivered in no time , well packaged . I was amazed !! Excellent quality , stylish, practical and beautiful ! Just perfect ! It was more exciting to add my name on it :) I am very happy with everything and will go back to shop again .

Absolutely love my new Lily tote. Beautiful quality. The taupe suede looks fabulous with jeans and navy outfits. Perfect size and shape for every day use. Easily hold ipad and water bottle. Love the small pouch inside to keep bank cards, lip stick and perfume together.

The bag is very stylish and looks more expensive than it was. I'm very pleased with the quality of the suede (it's not thin or floppy) and the fittings don't look cheap as can sometimes be the case. All in all, it was a good purchase.
Absolutely gorgeous bag. The colour is beautiful and size perfect. The only thing missing for me is feet on the bottom, but thats just preference as i put my bags down a lot. Stunning, love it & recommend 🤎

I have been looking for a suede tote bag for ages which was big enough for work and everyday use but not too big. I ordered a Lily in chocolate brown suede after seeing it on Instagram. The bag arrived very quickly and was well packaged. Wow, beautiful bag and just exactly what I was looking for. Big enough to hold my laptop and all the day to day bits but still looks neat and not too big. The handles are a perfect length. A nice touch is the suede pouch which is clipped inside the bag. It also comes with a shoulder strap but I haven’t used it yet. All in all a fantastic bag, great quality and a good price. Highly recommended 😊
