Personalised Items: As your item is made especially for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty. If you believe your personalised item is faulty, please contact our team within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
Non-Personalised Items: You may request a refund or exchange within7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within3 0 days, in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return postage is not covered, and a £3.50 return fee applies.

What initially attracted me to this bag was very trendy design and wide selection of colours.I love the size of my Fleur bag,perfect for every day.I wish your shop wasn’t so far.I would love to look at your bags in person.The cool was slightly different than the one advertised.I was expecting dark taupe but my bag is more of the warm beige with golden shoulder strap.I still love it.Customer service was very good in responding to my emails.Definitely not my last purchase.
I’m obsessed with my Fleur hip bag in dusty pink pebble! 💕 The color is even prettier in person—such a soft, muted pink that goes with everything. The texture feels super nice and the quality is amazing. It fits all my essentials (phone, keys, wallet, lip balm) without being bulky, and it’s so easy to wear crossbody or over the shoulder. I’ve been using it nonstop since it arrived! Definitely my new favorite everyday bag. ✨
I came across this lovely bag after a quick google search. It was delivered quickly and when I opened the box, it was wrapped in gorgeous tissue paper. The bag is beautiful - such a lovely colour green - and I have worn it on different occasions with both the leather and canvas strap. I have recieved a few compliments on it too. I love it!

It has enough room for my essentials as well as some space for a reusable shopping bag. (Because, well, ya just never know when you’ll need one. 😉) Love that it comes with 2 straps, too. It’s a lush leather that’s thankfully, not too heavy. I’m sure it will be as durable as the Pippa. (And I adore my light blue Pippa). A great buy!
