All personalisation is in uppercase letters.
Choose from gold, silver, or blind embossing (clear, with no foil).
Please note: blind embossing can be subtle, especially on darker colours.
We recommend gold embossing to complement the hardware on most of our styles.
Croc-embossed leather: Our team will select the best placement for your initials within the area shown. Due to the natural texture of croc leather, small breaks in the foil may appear, this is normal and not considered a fault.

Personalised Items: As your item is made especially for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty. If you believe your personalised item is faulty, please contact our team within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
Non-Personalised Items: You may request a refund or exchange within7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within3 0 days, in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return postage is not covered, and a £3.50 return fee applies.
Received mine yesterday in the Taupe colourway, and here are my thoughts: The bag is very structured and holds a ton of stuff with room to spare! Can easily use it as an everyday bag if your essentials aren’t too big and bulky. The chain strap is nice with an adequate drop length, and the hardware is not too bright, so it doesn’t look tacky. The coin zipper pulls are super cute and lovely. The only bone I’ve got to pick is with the leather crossbody strap. It is VERY RIGID which makes the length adjustment bothersome, would be nicer to perhaps have a buckle with holes in the strap, instead of the current assembly. A softer leather strap would be great, as the bag itself is lovely. Right now I’d much prefer to use the chain strap or carry it as a handheld instead. Otherwise, I’m in love! ❤️

The bag is very nice if I was being picky it has a little dent in the front which makes it look a little discoloured. Hopefully this will sort itself out over time.
It took 36 days to arrive so I missed my sister’s birthday which it was purchased. No telephone number to call so emailed and got a generic reason ‘it will arrive at the end of the week’ - 3 weeks on the trot. No apology. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

I was so excited to receive the red Rosie circle bag from LRM, after contemplating buying one for so long, then waiting for this on pre-order I couldn’t wait to receive it. However, once it arrived I was so disappointed. The bag itself is as beautiful as I anticipated, but the personalisation has ruined it for me. The spacing between the letters is fine until the ‘A’ at the end, that has a clear gap from the remainder of the name. I raised this via your company and my perspective was dismissed with no offer of a resolution.
