Embossing details:
- All personalisation is in uppercase letters.
- Choose from gold, silver, or blind embossing (clear, with no foil).
- Please note: blind embossing can be subtle, especially on darker colours.
- We recommend gold embossing to complement the hardware on most of our styles.
Croc-embossed leather: Our team will select the best placement for your initials within the area shown. Due to the natural texture of croc leather, small breaks in the foil may appear, this is normal and not considered a fault.

Personalised Items: As your item is made especially for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty. If you believe your personalised item is faulty, please contact our team within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
Non-Personalised Items: You may request a refund or exchange within7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within3 0 days, in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return postage is not covered, and a £3.50 return fee applies.

This is a cute bag the leather feels lovely and soft. It's perfect size for holiday or using around a cruise ship, you can pop your phone in the front pocket and then there's still plenty of room in the main pocket for your other bits and pieces including glasses, make up, etc. I particularly like that the strap is fully adjustable in length so you can have it as short or as long as you like rather than there being a fixed buckle, especially as I don't wear these crossbody but often like to just hold them in my hand. The beige colour is very neutral and will go with everything. I also like the personalised customer service.
