Each item is hand-embossed by our in-house team, meaning the position and finish may vary slightly from piece to piece. This is part of the charm of hand personalisation and ensures every item is unique.
Embossing details:
All personalisation is in uppercase letters.
Choose from gold, silver, or blind embossing (clear, with no foil).
Please note: blind embossing can be subtle, especially on darker colours.
We recommend gold embossing to complement the hardware on most of our styles.
Croc-embossed leather: Our team will select the best placement for your initials within the area shown. Due to the natural texture of croc leather, small breaks in the foil may appear, this is normal and not considered a fault.

Personalised Items: As your item is made especially for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty. If you believe your personalised item is faulty, please contact our team within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
Non-Personalised Items: You may request a refund or exchange within7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within3 0 days, in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return postage is not covered, and a £3.50 return fee applies.
I am absolutely thrilled with this LRM suede glasses case! Just like my other pieces from them, it is beautifully made with such high-quality materials. Love this glasses case, super soft and fits all my sunglasses in. I love that it fits perfectly into my Polly bag and that it was free with purchase (over £50). The orange colour is a lovely shade. All around perfect case.

Ordered 4 glass cases as gifts. Lovely gifts at a great price but no indication of which personalisation was on each case so had to unwrap to find out which was a shame as they were beautifully wrapped.
I got my beautiful leopard print glasses case free with my Lucinda bag order, and it exceeded my expectations: I was bowled over by the quality of the leather, and the rich leather aroma.
All in all, I can't believe that I got such a high quality glasses case as a complimentary gift for buying a handbag. I honestly think more people should know about LRM because the products are great quality for the low price.

Ordered the cream pebble glasses case (this is the 3rd glasses case that I have bought - the others were different colours)
I don’t think this is leather as the feel feels very synthetic & not like my other two - there is no leather scent either
