Suede Care Guide

• This bag is handmade from genuine suede. As a natural material, slight shedding, colour variation, or markings may occur. These are natural characteristics of suede and are not considered faults or grounds for a refund.
• Colour transfer may occur if the bag is in contact with light-coloured fabrics or surfaces.
• When not in use, store your bag in its dust bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• For best results, spray with a suede protector before use and use a suede brush regularly to keep the material fresh.

Personalisation is complimentary and does not add any delay to dispatch time; our team is exceptionally speedy at this, and it makes the perfect finishing touch to your bag.

Each item is hand-embossed by our in-house team, meaning the position and finish may vary slightly from piece to piece. This is part of the charm of hand personalisation and ensures every item is unique.

Embossing details:

• All personalisation is in uppercase letters.
• Choose from gold, silver, or blind embossing (clear, with no foil).
• Please note: blind embossing can be subtle, especially on darker colours.
• We recommend gold embossing to complement the hardware on most of our styles.

Croc-embossed leather: Our team will select the best placement for your initials within the area shown. Due to the natural texture of croc leather, small breaks in the foil may appear, this is normal and not considered a fault.

Personalised Items: As your item is made especially for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty. If you believe your personalised item is faulty, please contact our team within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.

Non-Personalised Items: You may request a refund or exchange within7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within3 0 days, in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return postage is not covered, and a £3.50 return fee applies.
